Ripple Makers
Ripple Makers is a conversation series with people who tell water and climate stories. We ask them how they got here, what they've learned, and what they wish someone had told them at the start. We focus on the honest version, not the polished one. We do that because we believe that nobody arrives in this sector knowing everything, and the fastest way to find your footing is to hear how others found theirs.

Nobody Knows Everything
My mom and dad are trying to clear out things from their home. They still live in the house that I grew up in. And so I just got in the mail a poster that I had made as a school project, I think in second grade, where I was painting the storm drains in our neighborhood. "Chesapeake Bay drainage, don't dump." And I was like, oh, I got started as a clean water advocate in the second grade.
